Product Details
1.Heavy-duty C-frame vertical structure
Adopts heavy-duty C-frame vertical structure, reasonably combined with a single-arm swivel head, optional A-axis or C-axis to form 5-axis linkage;
2.Optional Heidenhain absolute encoder
Optional Heidenhain high-precision absolute encoder provides real-time measurement of servo axis position for high-precision machining;
3.Uses ductile iron QT550
Moving components for dynamic cutting adopt ductile iron QT550 to ensure optimal dynamic rigidity and vibration resistance, providing stable high precision for machining;
4.High-rigidity B-axis swivel head
Self-developed high-precision, high-rigidity roller cam single-arm 5-axis swivel head with continuous cutting torque up to 1560N·m;
5.High-torque, high-speed electric spindle
Standard high-torque, high-speed electric spindle with maximum speed of 18000rpm and maximum torque of 85N·m, delivering high-precision and superior surface finish workpieces;
6.Roller cam mechanical A-axis (optional C-axis)
Self-developed high-precision, high-rigidity, zero-backlash roller cam mechanical 4th axis ensures cutting force and accuracy, with optional C-axis configuration;
7.High-precision imported transmission components
Three linear axes feature standard Swedish SKF precision-grade guideways (P-class) and Japanese NSK high-precision ballscrews (C3-grade), enabling accurate positioning while enhancing wear resistance, impact resistance and machine tool service life.
