Product Details
V-Series maintains high-precision machining over long periods through its heavy-duty C-frame structure combined with B-axis swivel head and A-axis rotary table.
High-speed, high-strength, high-precision machining:
Heavy C-frame vertical structure, cross-slide structure, high-rigidity wide-span dovetail column. Main components use high-grade HT300 premium cast iron, some parts use ductile iron QT550. No vibration or deformation during high-speed cutting, suitable for high-strength and high-precision machining.
Generous travel range:
The V-Series expands the travel range of B-axis and XYZ axes, enabling machining of various shaft-type and disc-type parts.
High-end CNC system for safe machining and high precision:
The V-Series comes standard with Siemens high-end 5-axis linkage CNC system to enhance machine performance. Additional optional configurations include Heidenhain TNC640/Huazhong CNC, providing customers with diverse choices.
Multiple tool magazine specifications:
32T/40/60T specifications available; turret-style tool magazine allows quick tool clamping and changing.
