Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains the general shipping process for DEPU CNC products, machines, accessories, and related items. Specific shipping arrangements depend on the confirmed order, destination, product configuration, and agreed trade terms.
Order Processing
After an order is confirmed, DEPU CNC will review the product configuration, production schedule, packaging requirements, export documents, and delivery information. Processing time varies depending on machine model, customization, inventory status, inspection requirements, and payment status.
Shipping Methods
Depending on order size and destination, products may be shipped by sea freight, air freight, express courier, truck, or other suitable logistics methods. Large CNC machines and equipment are typically shipped by sea or specialized freight service due to weight, size, and packaging requirements.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, cargo size, weight, packaging, insurance, shipping method, and agreed trade terms. Unless otherwise stated in writing, shipping fees, destination charges, customs duties, taxes, unloading costs, and local delivery fees may be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be affected by production schedule, carrier availability, customs clearance, port congestion, weather, holidays, inspections, force majeure events, or other conditions beyond DEPU CNC's control. DEPU CNC will make reasonable efforts to support timely shipment.
Packaging and Inspection
DEPU CNC uses appropriate export packaging and protective measures according to product type and shipping requirements. Before shipment, products may be inspected, tested, photographed, or documented according to the order agreement and internal quality control process.
Customs and Import Requirements
Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations, customs clearance requirements, duties, taxes, permits, and destination-country documentation unless otherwise agreed in writing. DEPU CNC may provide standard export documents based on the confirmed order.
Shipping Damage or Missing Items
Please inspect the shipment promptly upon arrival. If you find visible damage, shortage, or missing items, record the issue with photos, videos, carrier documents, and written notes before signing when possible. Contact DEPU CNC as soon as possible so we can assist with review, carrier communication, and next steps.
