This Refund & Return Policy describes the general conditions for returns, refunds, replacements, and support requests related to DEPU CNC products and services. Final handling depends on the confirmed contract, product type, warranty terms, and applicable law.
General Return Conditions
Because CNC machines and industrial equipment are often customized, configured, tested, or prepared for a specific customer order, returns are generally not accepted unless DEPU CNC confirms in writing that a return is permitted. Any approved return must follow the instructions provided by DEPU CNC.
Customized Products
Customized machines, special configurations, made-to-order products, modified components, and products produced according to customer specifications are normally non-returnable and non-refundable once production, procurement, assembly, or preparation has started, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the order status, payment terms, production progress, product condition, inspection result, and written contract. If a refund is approved, DEPU CNC may deduct reasonable costs such as bank fees, production costs, material costs, packaging costs, shipping fees, inspection costs, and other expenses already incurred.
Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel an order, please contact DEPU CNC immediately. Cancellation requests are reviewed case by case. Orders that have entered production, customization, procurement, testing, packaging, or shipment may not be cancelable, or may be subject to cancellation charges.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or appears defective, notify DEPU CNC promptly with photos, videos, shipment documents, machine serial number, and a clear description of the issue. DEPU CNC will review the information and may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance, warranty service, or other appropriate support according to the confirmed warranty terms.
Return Shipping
For any approved return, the customer must follow DEPU CNC's packaging, documentation, and shipping instructions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, return shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and risk during return transportation may be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method when possible. Processing time may vary depending on bank procedures, payment provider rules, currency conversion, compliance review, and required documentation.
